As a self-described poster-child for high-functioning anxiety, those voices that live in my head have traditionally been pretty hard on me -- except when I start making jewelry from polymer clay. Something about it just makes me shrug and say "Okay. That didn't work. Let's try this instead."

I want to help everyone experience that confidence. Joy. Freedom.
